Job summary

You will lead design, development, and operations of microservices, apply AI-assisted engineering practices, ensure secure coding, and drive continuous improvement in an agile, cross-functional team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience including system design, application development, testing, and operational support.
• Proficiency in back-end technologies (e.g., Java, Spring Boot, Python) with experience building microservices-based applications.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), RESTful APIs, WebSockets, JSON.
• Hands-on experience designing and building scalable applications using SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with agile development methodologies (Scrum).
• Demonstrated experience leading effective use of approved AI-assisted software development tools.
• Strong understanding of responsible AI use, data sensitivity, secure handling, and compliance.
• Proficient in all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle.
• Advanced understanding of agile methodologies such as CI/CD, Application Resiliency, and Security.
