Job summary

GlobalFoundries is seeking a Senior Lead, Investor Relations to support the execution of the company’s global investor relations strategy. Reporting to the Senior Director, Investor Relations, this individual will support relationships with institutional investors, sell-side analysts, and the broader investment community, communicating GF’s financial performance, business strategy, and investment thesis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in Investor Relations or related roles.
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and financial statement analysis skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with executives and investors.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key contact for sell-side analysts and institutional investors.
• Lead quarterly earnings preparation, consensus analysis, and investor messaging.
• Monitor analyst models, ratings, shareholder activity, and market sentiment.
• Develop and communicate GF's investment thesis and executive materials.
• Prepare investor presentations, talking points, and webinar content.
• Plan and execute Investor Days, events, and roadshows; manage CRM and analytics.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to improve efficiency.
