Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Investor Relations, Equity Research, Investment Banking, Corporate Development, Financial Planning & Analysis, or Strategy.
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and financial statement analysis skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with executives, investors, and financial analysts.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Aufgaben

• Serve as a key point of contact for sell-side analysts and institutional investors, building relationships and communicating GF's investment narrative.
• Lead elements of quarterly earnings preparation, including consensus analysis, earnings materials, and investor messaging.
• Monitor analyst models, estimates, targets, and shareholder activity to identify risks and opportunities.
• Translate complex technology and strategy into clear investor messaging.
• Develop investor presentations, talking points, and webinar content.
• Plan and execute Investor Days, analyst events, roadshows, and webinars.
• Synthesize market intelligence on competitor developments and semiconductor industry dynamics.
• Prepare executive and Board-level materials summarizing investor sentiment and market developments.
• Maintain investor relations analytics and CRM reporting to improve tools and efficiency.
• Manage the Investor Relations calendar and meetings.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to reduce manual work.
