GlobalFoundries inc. is seeking a Corporate Development professional to evaluate and execute strategic transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic investments.

You will work with GF's business units and leadership to build financial models, conduct due diligence, and support post‑closing integration and synergies.

The role offers exposure to multiple technologies and markets and requires strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• 3–5 years in corporate finance, FP&A, audit, or related field.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong written, verbal, presentation, and executive communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and across teams.

Responsabilités

• Support evaluation of acquisition, divestiture, JV, and strategic investments.
• Develop financial models, valuations, transaction analyses, and scenario analyses.
• Analyze target financials, forecasts, markets, customers, and competitive position.
• Support due diligence, data room management, and transaction documentation.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders including bankers and legal counsel.
• Track diligence workstreams, findings, risks, decisions, and actions to drive transactions.
• Prepare transaction recommendations and briefing materials for executives and Boards.
• Support post-closing integration planning and synergy analysis.
