GlobalFoundries is seeking a Senior Lead, Investor Relations to support the execution of our global IR strategy. Reporting to the Senior Director, this role builds relationships with institutional investors, sell-side analysts, and the broader investment community while communicating GF’s financial performance and strategic narrative.

You will contribute to quarterly earnings, investor engagement, and executive communications, prepare materials, manage investor events, and monitor market

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in Investor Relations or related roles.
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and financial statement analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, especially with executives and investors.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for investors and analysts, conveying GF’s strategy.
• Lead earnings materials, messaging, and post-earnings follow-up.
• Monitor market intelligence and analyst models to identify themes.
• Develop investor presentations and executive talking points.
• Plan and execute Investor Days and non-deal roadshows.
