Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in Investor Relations, Equity Research, Investment Banking, Corporate Development, FP&A, or Strategy.
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and financial statement analysis skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with executives, investors, and analysts.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key contact for sell-side analysts and institutional investors; communicate GFs strategy and narrative.
• Lead earnings preparation: consensus analysis, materials, briefing documents, investor messaging, logistics.
• Monitor analyst models, estimates, ratings, target prices, shareholder activity, and market perception.
• Translate complex technology and financial information into investor messaging; develop investor presentations and talking points.
• Support Investor Days, events, conferences, and roadshows with materials and coordination.
• Synthesize market intelligence on competitors, customers, and industry dynamics.
• Prepare boardslevel materials summarizing investor sentiment and activity.
• Maintain IR analytics, CRM data, and reporting; drive tool improvements.
• Manage IR calendar: meetings, calls, roadshows, site visits; identify automation opportunities.
