Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Senior Lead Infrastructure Engineer focused on storage platforms. You will bring deep expertise across IP-based storage, observability, and automation to support a world-renowned enterprise.

You will lead cross-functional initiatives, own incident response, and drive reliability improvements across networks, compute, and storage domains. Strong SRE fundamentals and 24x7 readiness are essential.

Qualifications

Formal SRE training or certification.
Own reliability and operational excellence for IP-based storage services.
SME for enterprise storage platforms with 24x7 support & incident response.
Drive SRE best practices: SLIs/SLOs, error budgets & KPIs, observability.

Responsibilities

Applies deep technical expertise to analyze complex data and systems, mitigating risk.
Architects and implements changes to resolve issues and modernize processes.
Own end-to-end problem detection, resolution, and prevention; improve MTTR via observability and runbooks.
Lead workstreams across storage, network, compute, and platforms; manage dependencies.
Develop automation, tooling, and repeatable operational patterns for reliability.
Collaborate with adjacent platform teams on architecture reviews and reliability improvements.
Support capacity management, performance engineering, and audit readiness.
Participate in 24x7 on-call rotation and incident response within SLAs.
