Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Lead Infrastructure Engineer to join Enterprise Technology, Infrastructure Platforms. You will apply deep knowledge of software, applications, and processes within the infrastructure discipline and continuously evolve technical capabilities beyond your core domain.

You will drive automation, storage platform enhancements across on-prem and cloud, and lead incident response while ensuring resiliency and security through AI-assisted practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of infrastructure engineering experience.
• Experience using enterprise AI capabilities to support infra workflows with strong validation.
• Ability to review AI-assisted recommendations and ensure resiliency and security.

Responsibilities

• Owns and improves SLOs/SLIs, error budgets, and on-call readiness for storage services.
• Leads incident response for storage outages, drives RCAs, and preventative actions.
• Builds automation for provisioning, patching, upgrades, replication, backup/restore, and compliance checks.
• Implements AI-driven observability and safe LLM-assisted workflows.
