PayPal is seeking a Lead Product Manager to own strategy, roadmap, and execution for a core risk decisioning platform. You will drive loss reduction, CX, efficiency, and revenue by partnering with engineering, data science, risk strategy, and UX to build scalable, real-time solutions.

You will lead product reviews and steering committee updates, bringing a strong technical foundation in scaled platforms and ML/AI infrastructure to bear on fraud, credit, and compliance outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Experience building or managing products in decisioning, recommendation engine, or real-time scoring space.
• Familiarity with feature stores, real-time inference pipelines, rule engines, or A/B experimentation frameworks.

Responsabilités

• Drive product strategy with cross-functional stakeholders aligned to the product vision.
• Plan and implement the architectural roadmap balancing design, tech effort, regulatory needs, time-to-market, and profitability.
• Assess customer experience and translate needs into product requirements and decisions.
• Set up data gathering mechanisms to measure usability, research, and market insights.
• Lead analytics, customer discovery, and market research to drive data-driven decisions.
• Oversee product profitability measures and budget planning.
• Coordinate product reviews, operating reviews, and business reviews with leadership.
• Collaborate with data scientists, designers, and researchers to improve the platform.
