Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field with 15+ years in FPGA/ASIC/SoC development.
• Hands-on Verilog/SystemVerilog RTL design, synthesis, lint, CDC/RDC, timing constraints and implementation-aware practices.
• Experience with high-performance digital architectures in networking/packet processing, PCIe/CXL, Ethernet, memory subsystems.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, microarchitecture, and RTL for FPGA/SoC subsystems with focus on throughput and interconnect.
• Define interfaces, specifications, and plans aligning hardware, firmware, software, validation, and product goals.
• Trade off performance, power, area, latency, bandwidth, reliability, and cost; manage execution risk.
• Own blocks through RTL to bring-up, timing closure, validation, and post-silicon debugging.
• Mentor teams; drive architecture reviews, code reviews, and technical guidance.
