Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, estimate, schedule and monitor work to meet goals with limited standardization.
• Prepare technical reports, calculations and sketches with analysis and recommendations.
• Lead complex projects and disseminate knowledge to enhance the unit's position.
• Maintain broad knowledge of principles and procedures; suggest process improvements.
