• Plans, estimates, schedules and monitors work activities; handles diverse situations.
• Prepares technical reports, calculations and sketches; recommends process improvements.
• Conducts engineering studies and coordinates complex projects with technical responsibility.
• Develops standards and keeps abreast of new developments, technologies and equipment.
• Maintains positive working relationships and effective communication, documenting records.
• Supports company goals and mentors other engineers.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
