Responsibilities

• Provide engineering guidance for complex problems with long-term impact.
• Plan, organize, estimate, schedule and monitor work activities.
• Prepare technical reports, calculations and sketches; suggest process improvements.
• Lead complex projects and share knowledge to strengthen the unit's position.
• Develop standards and stay current with new technologies and practices.
• Coach and mentor other engineering professionals.
