Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance for complex problems with system-wide impact.
• Plan, organize, estimate, schedule and monitor work activities with limited standardization.
• Prepare technical reports, calculations and sketches; recommend process improvements.
• Manage project scope and vendor contracts, ensuring alignment with design intent.
