Qualifications

• 15+ years in manufacturing process engineering or project-focused roles.
• 15+ years managing capital projects in manufacturing.
• Experience managing program budgets, forecasts, schedules, resources, risks, and stakeholder communications.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%.
• Experience with process equipment and implementing process changes in industrial environments.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and close complex capital programs.
• Lead cross-functional project teams across Engineering, Procurement, Safety, Operations, and contract labor.
• Develop program investment strategies with stakeholders.
• Prepare and manage program budgets, forecasts, and cost controls.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, environmental, PSM, regulatory, and company requirements.
