Qualifications

• 12+ years of software engineering experience.
• Experience shipping customer-facing AI-powered products or agentic systems.
• Strong backend and distributed systems fundamentals, with scale, latency, reliability considerations.
• Proven ability to lead complex, multi-quarter technical initiatives with multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, and implementation of the core platform and AI capabilities for Customer Agent.
• Drive long-term system evolution for conversational AI experiences serving millions of users.
• Build and ship complex AI-powered product features balancing speed, quality, reliability and impact.
• Partner with Product, Design, Data Science, GTM, and Engineering to define direction and execution plans.
• Mentor engineers through reviews, architecture discussions, and hands-on collaboration.
