You will plan projects, manage budgets, and collaborate with product groups, performance and controls teams, and software engineers to deliver advanced drivetrain control solutions for powershift transmissions and torque converters.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Computer Science/Engineering or Ag Engineering.
• Experience with embedded controls and drivetrain systems.
• Knowledge of CAN/J1939/XCP data links.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team of engineers focused on Track Type Tractor control strategies.
• Plan projects, budgets, and direct resources through standard controls development processes.
• Gather and document requirements with development partners in product groups, performance and controls teams, and embedded software teams.
• Lead high level architecture and design of embedded controls software components supporting architectural initiatives like AUTOSAR, modularity, and reuse.
• Develop and integrate drivetrain control solutions for powershift transmissions and torque converters, including components and embedded software.
