Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent required.
- 10 years of experience in powertrain, drivetrain, or electrified system development.
- Experience with NPI, requirements management, and FMEA-based development.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence decisions.
Responsibilities
- Lead architecture definition and implementation for electric powertrain and hybrid systems.
- Translate customer needs into application requirements for power conversion products and energy storage.
- Own product requirements, interfaces, and cost-value tradeoffs from concept to execution.
- Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, product management, NPI, and purchasing to drive decisions.
