ColonialWebb is seeking a Master Lead Commercial HVAC Service Technician to diagnose and repair a wide range of commercial HVAC systems across the DC/MD market. You will lead troubleshooting, mentor junior technicians, and manage preventive maintenance for an assigned portfolio while building long-term client relationships.

The role offers a take-home van, overtime opportunities, and company-paid OEM training, with a path toward leadership.

Competenze

• 8+ years of commercial HVAC service experience including RTUs, VRF, boilers, pumps, towers, VFDs, and controls.
• Maryland Master HVAC license or equivalent certification.
• Proven experience mentoring and developing HVAC technicians in the field.
• Ability to scope, estimate, and execute repair, retrofit, and replacement projects.

Mansioni

• Diagnose and repair commercial HVAC equipment (50 ton+ RTUs, VRF, boilers, chillers).
• Lead troubleshooting on challenging service calls and mentor junior technicians.
• Manage preventive maintenance across assigned customer accounts.
• Create professional service reports and communicate findings to customers.
• Identify repair and retrofit opportunities and provide value-driven recommendations.
