Job summary
Comfort Systems USA, Inc. is seeking a Master Lead Commercial HVAC Service Technician to diagnose and repair complex equipment across the DC/MD market. You’ll work on RTUs, VRF systems, boilers, chiller plants, and VFDs, leading critical service calls and mentoring junior techs.

Qualifications
- 8+ years of commercial HVAC service experience with extensive system knowledge.
- Proven mentoring and development of HVAC technicians in the field.
- Experience starting up and commissioning replacement equipment.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair commercial HVAC equipment including RTUs, VRF, boilers, pumps, and chillers.
- Lead troubleshooting efforts and serve as a technical resource for peers.
- Manage preventative maintenance across assigned customer accounts.
- Mentor junior technicians and develop troubleshooting skills.
- Create clear service reports and communicate findings to customers.
- Identify retrofit opportunities and provide value-driven solutions.
