KODIAK Construction Recruiting & Staffing is seeking an experienced Senior Commercial HVAC Service Technician to service the DC/MD market. You will diagnose and repair a wide range of commercial HVAC equipment, mentor junior techs, and manage preventive maintenance for an assigned portfolio.

You will lead troubleshooting on complex calls, contribute to service reports, and identify value-driven retrofit opportunities while benefiting from Maryland Master license support and company-paid training

Competenze

8+ years of commercial HVAC service experience.
Maryland Master HVAC license or Journeyman license eligible; exam paid.
Experience troubleshooting advanced commercial HVAC systems including boilers, pumps, VFDs, and building automation interfaces.
EPA Universal Certification and valid driver's license.
Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation (every 6-8 weeks).

Mansioni

Diagnose and repair commercial HVAC equipment, including RTUs, boilers, pumps, and chillers.
Lead troubleshooting on challenging service calls and mentor junior technicians.
Manage preventive maintenance across assigned customer accounts.
Create clear service reports and communicate findings to customers.
Identify repair, retrofit, and replacement opportunities and provide solutions.
