Job summary

ColonialWebb is seeking an experienced Senior Commercial HVAC Service Technician to support the DC/MD market. You’ll diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of commercial HVAC systems, lead on-call troubleshooting, and mentor junior techs while building strong customer relationships.

Take-home vehicle, licensing support, OEM training, and a comprehensive benefits package accompany the role. On-site work across Maryland with growth into leadership tracks available.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of commercial HVAC service experience.
• Maryland Master HVAC license or Journeyman license with master eligibility; exam paid.
• Proven troubleshoot capabilities on boilers, pumps, VFDs, and BMS interfaces.
• EPA Universal Certification and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair commercial HVAC equipment including RTUs, VRF, boilers, and chillers.
• Lead troubleshooting on challenging service calls and act as technical resource.
• Manage preventative maintenance across assigned customer accounts.
• Mentor junior technicians and develop field troubleshooting skills.
• Create clear service reports and communicate findings to customers.
• Identify repair, retrofit, and replacement opportunities with solutions.
