Job summary
Comfort Systems USA, Inc. in the DC/MD market is seeking an experienced Master Lead Commercial HVAC Service Technician to diagnose and repair complex systems, including RTUs, VRF, boilers, and chillers.
You will lead troubleshooting on challenging calls, mentor junior technicians, and maintain strong customer relationships. Take-home a company vehicle, fuel card, and phone, with overtime opportunities and company-paid OEM training.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of commercial HVAC service experience.
- Lead troubleshooting on complex service calls and mentor junior techs.
- Experience with rooftop units, VRF systems, boilers, pumps, and cooling towers.
- Proficient in diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems and controls.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair commercial HVAC equipment, including RTUs and large systems.
- Lead troubleshooting efforts and act as technical resource.
- Manage preventative maintenance across a portfolio.
- Mentor junior technicians and develop skills.
- Prepare service reports and communicate recommendations.
- Identify repair or replacement opportunities to deliver value.
