Ladders is seeking a Senior Lead Analyst, Enterprise Data Governance for a remote role in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech sector. You will shape enterprise data governance, drive data quality initiatives, and support executive-level reporting across the organization.

You will own governance frameworks, scorecards, and CDE methodology, translating data quality trends into business impact while partnering with senior leaders and the enterprise MDM function.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, Data Management, Business, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in data quality, data management, or analytics.
• Proven experience managing an enterprise or multi-domain data quality program.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL.
• Experience presenting data quality performance to senior leadership.

• Author and maintain the enterprise Data Quality Policy and governance framework.
• Define the Critical Data Element (CDE) methodology and support domain working groups.
• Build and run board-level data quality scorecards, establishing baselines and reporting trends.
• Oversee remediation efforts, track issues to closure, and drive root-cause analysis.
• Independently assess master data quality reported by the enterprise MDM function.
• Translate data quality performance into business outcomes and cost implications.

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Lead Analyst, Enterprise Data Governance (Remote) to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space.
This role will shape enterprise data governance practices that improve data quality, strengthen decision-making, and support executive-level reporting in a highly regulated environment. You will own key governance frameworks and scorecards while partnering with domain teams and senior leaders to drive accountability across the enterprise. The position is well suited for an analytics professional who can translate data quality trends into business impact and help move remediation efforts to closure.
Location: Remote
Compensation: $118,000 – $196,700 annually
