Stryker is seeking a Senior Lead Analyst, Enterprise Data Governance, to own the enterprise data quality framework, methodologies, and measurement across data domains. Remote work is supported with preference for Eastern/Central time zones to align with business needs.

You will build Board-level DQ scorecards, drive remediation at the source, and translate data quality into business value, including cost-of-poor-quality impacts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, data management, business, or related field.
• 6+ years in data quality, data management, or analytics with ownership of an enterprise or multi-domain Data Quality program.
• Experience building Data Quality frameworks, rules, scorecards, and remediation processes.
• Strong analytical skills and SQL; ability to profile large data sets.
• Experience presenting quality performance to senior leadership.

Responsabilités

• Author and maintain the enterprise Data Quality Policy, framework, and methodology.
• Define the CDE methodology and support Domain Working Groups in identifying CDEs and setting defensible thresholds.
• Build and run Board-level Data Quality (DQ) scorecards; establish baselines and report trends against them.
• Oversee remediation: track issues to closure at source, elevate systemic defects, and drive root-cause analysis with process and system owners.
• Independently assess master data quality reported by Enterprise MDM, so measurement is separated from execution.
• Translate quality performance into business outcome and cost-of-poor-quality terms: preventable disputes, working capital, close effort, straight-through processing, and acquisition integration time.
