Job summary

Senior Manager, EDT Enterprise Governance is sought to lead enterprise data governance across business domains for a leader in Pharmaceuticals & Biotech. You will partner with senior stakeholders to translate policy into domain-level processes that improve data quality, accountability, and adoption, while supporting cross-functional collaboration and day-one data governance for U.S. acquisitions in a global manufacturing environment.

Location: Remote. Compensation: $155,900 – $259,700 annually.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Data Management, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years in data governance, data management, or a business-facing data role.
• Experience facilitating cross-functional working groups and driving adoption without direct authority.
• Knowledge of data ownership, stewardship, classification, and data quality practices.

Responsibilities

• Onboard assigned domains by confirming domain owners and establishing steward coverage.
• Facilitate bi-weekly domain working groups to co-design critical data elements and quality rules.
• Translate enterprise policy into domain-level applications and prepare decisions for the Data Governance Board.
• Drive adoption through training, communications, and quarterly value-based business reviews.
• Route requests and issues using a shared classification rubric to ensure accountability.
• Support day-one M&A data governance for U.S. acquisitions.
