Job summary

Regional Center of the East Bay (RCEB) seeks a Case Management Supervisor in San Leandro, CA to lead the Adult Services team. You will supervise staff, coordinate IPPs, and ensure high-quality case management services across Alameda and Contra Costa counties.

The role reports to the Client Services Manager and supports residents through community-based services. The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree in human services (or related field) with several years in regional center settings and

Qualifications

• Master's degree in human services or related field preferred; Bachelor's acceptable.
• Minimum 4 years Regional Center experience, preferably in case management.
• Two years supervisory experience preferred or demonstrated leadership in projects.
• Automobile, valid CDL, and insurance.
• Demonstrate cultural awareness and ability to work with diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Assist Associate Director and supervise staff; interview, train, schedule, and evaluate staff.
• Provide information about regional center services by phone or at meetings.
• Review and approve residential service requests and admissions/discharges.
• Develop procedures and provide case consultation; coordinate IPPs and problem resolution.
• Monitor case movements, IPPs, Annuals, and Medicaid Waivers; review staff performance.
• Attend supervisor and agency meetings; participate in program development and staff training.
