Job summary

LEAP Life Enrichment Advancing People seeks a Case Management Director in Farmington, Maine to lead the adult Case Management program, supervise Case Managers, and ensure high-quality, person-centered services aligned with MaineCare and Targeted Case Management requirements.

The role may include a small caseload and requires collaboration with LEAP's Senior Leadership Team to evolve services in Maine's developmental-disability system.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year institution with a specialization in psychology, behavioral health, social work, or related field.
• At least four years of experience in intellectual disabilities and/or autism services.
• Verifiable supervision of employees serving individuals with IDD/autism.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Case Management team, providing day-to-day oversight and professional growth.
• Oversee program quality, compliance with MaineCare and regulatory standards, and performance monitoring.
• Support individuals and community partnerships through person-centered service coordination.
• Help shape program design, workflows, and service integration in a evolving system.
