Job summary

BioAgilytix is seeking a Manager I to lead scientific and operational activities in our San Diego lab. You will mentor teams, oversee assay development and validation for preclinical, clinical, and product releases, and engage with clients to ensure timely delivery under GxP.

The role requires hands-on leadership in chromatographic assays (HPLC/LC-MS/MS) and strong collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet project goals and revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years in a scientific laboratory environment.
• Master’s degree with 8+ years in a scientific laboratory environment.
• PhD with 6+ years in a scientific laboratory environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams to develop and validate bioanalytical assays.
• Collaborate with clients to ensure on-time assay delivery under GxP.
• Oversee assay development, validation, and sample analysis.
• Manage departmental budgets and resources.
• Present data and reports to clients and management.
