Job summary

Lukos LLC. is seeking a Bioanalytical Chemist to advance LC-MS/MS method development and processing of biological specimens for bioanalytical drug analysis.

You will work under BSL-2 protocols and QA/QMS frameworks, contributing to translational research with rigorous data integrity. Responsibilities include calibrating LC-MS/MS instruments, performing sample preparations, and supporting serological and molecular assays.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry/Biochemistry with 5-7+ years of hands-on bioanalytical method development and lab operations.

Responsibilities

• Process biological specimens for chemical drug analysis.
• Develop and validate analytical methods to measure small molecules in biological specimens.
• Collect, process, aliquot and store specimens; analyze antiretroviral and antimicrobial drug distribution.
• Calibrate and maintain LC-MS/MS and balances; record calibrations for QMS/QMML.
• Perform serologic and molecular assays and related tasks for studies.
• Maintain experiment records, analyze data, and prepare results for reports.
