Job summary

BioAgilytix Labs, LLC is seeking a hands-on Scientist to design, develop, and execute bioanalytical methods and experiments focusing on large‑molecule LC/MS applications. You will perform method development, optimization, and GLP‑compliant validation, generating and analyzing data while supporting multiple client programs across therapeutic areas.

You will work in a regulated environment, leading assay runs, evaluating performance, and ensuring high-quality data delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in development, validation and execution of LC/MS assays.
• Experience in GxP environments is preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead assay development, validation, and sample analysis of biologics and biomarkers using LC/MS.
• Plan and direct experimental design for junior staff.
• Drive bioanalytical projects to align with client timelines.
• Frequent communication with clients on technical details and updates.
• Author documents (methods, SOPs, reports).
• Perform statistical analysis of bioanalytical data.
• Review documentation and peer‑review raw data.
• Prepare reagents and troubleshoot assays.
• Design assay runs independently.
