Job summary
Lever, Inc. seeks a Product Operations Lead to drive product launches, planning processes, AI adoption, and operational efficiency across Product, Engineering, Marketing and Customer Success. You will own launch readiness, enablement, and KPI tracking to ensure successful releases.
You will build scalable playbooks, ship lightweight internal tools, and partner with R&D to streamline deployment workflows. Strong collaboration and data-driven decisions are essential in this fast-growing SaaS
Qualifications
- 7+ years in Product Operations or related lifecycle roles in SaaS.
- Experience with feature delivery and launch coordination.
- Experience with agile & kanban release processes.
- Hands-on use of AI tools in real work.
- Proficiency with JIRA or Confluence.
- Data-driven, metric tracking experience.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management.
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional product launch planning with clear ownership.
- Create scalable launch playbooks with Product Marketing.
- Measure launch success with adoption, usage, and retention metrics.
- Provide product documentation, release notes and enablement.
- Collaborate with Customer Success to optimize post-launch support.
- Ensure alignment between Product, R&D, Support and GTM.
- Own AI adoption in Product Operations and build internal tooling.
- Develop and optimize deployment workflows with R&D.
