Job summary

AST SpaceMobile is seeking a Launch Campaign Technical Program Manager to support the Launch Director in planning and coordinating satellite launch campaigns, readiness reviews, and related logistics. You will drive cross-functional collaboration across engineering, manufacturing, mission operations, supply chain, and service providers to ensure on-time mission readiness.

The role emphasizes risk tracking, detailed reporting, and proactive problem-solving in a fast-paced, 24/7 operations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or STEM required.
• Minimum 5 years of program/mission management in satellite launch.
• Experience with cross-functional teams and complex logistics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Launch Director in developing integrated launch campaign plans and readiness metrics.
• Coordinate activities across engineering, manufacturing, mission ops, supply chain, and launch providers.
• Monitor risks and keep dashboards, action trackers, and status reports up to date.
• Assist in coordinating spacecraft transportation, ground support, and launch-site activities.
• Support readiness reviews and executive briefings for launch campaigns.
