Job summary

Magna International Limited is seeking a Launch Coordinator in Moore, South Carolina to coordinate non-series demand for Launch and Engineering, interfacing with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure new products and engineering changes are implemented smoothly in production.

You will manage BOM-based materials, assist with part procurement, and maintain schedules and KPIs to support on-time delivery. A technical or business degree and ERP experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business-related field (degree may be in progress or completed).
• Knowledge of material planning principles and processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (advanced).
• Ability to read and interpret Bills of Materials (BOMs).
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate non-series demand for Launch and Engineering with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Maintain a safe work environment and ensure EHS compliance.
• Own and track BOM-based system demand and materials for non-series builds.
• Manage invoicing, buy-to-stock, and production readiness for launches.
• Support Engineering Change Management and project improvements to ensure on-time shipments.
• Maintain build schedules and KPI tracking for on-time completion of non-series builds.
