Job summary

Magna Seating in Moore, SC is seeking a Launch Coordinator to coordinate non-series demand for Launch and Engineering, working with customers, suppliers, Operations, Engineering, and the Launch Team to ensure new products and engineering changes are implemented smoothly and effectively within the production process.

You will own incoming demand, confirm BOMs, track build status, and support shipments while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a technical or business-related field or demonstrated experience.
• Experience with material planning principles and processes.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to interpret BOMs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate non-series demand for Launch and Engineering with internal and external stakeholders.
• Own incoming demand, BOM confirmation, and system demand based on BOM and customer requirements.
• Track build status and provide production support with organized tracking tools.
• Assist with procurement, invoicing, and ensuring on-time shipments.
• Maintain safe, compliant work environment and uphold EHS procedures.
