Job summary

EAB is seeking a Launch Consultant, Senior Associate to drive successful implementation and adoption of Navigate360 and related student success technologies. You will coordinate complex projects across multiple campuses, partner with stakeholders, and ensure timely go-live and adoption while navigating change management and workflow design.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of consulting or project management experience, including at least two years independently leading software implementations or similarly complex cross-functional projects.
• Experience with CRM platforms (Navigate360, Slate, Salesforce, Banner, Colleague, Workday Student, Ellucian, Starfish, or similar).
• Hands-on technology role with configuration, testing, and troubleshooting of enterprise platforms.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% domestically and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support implementation activities from initiation through go-live.
• Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and milestones for successful implementations.
• Own a portfolio of ~10–12 concurrent implementations with risk and dependency management.
• Partner with institutional stakeholders to design workflows and adoption readiness.
• Translate institutional requirements into Navigate360 configuration decisions and guide testing.
