EAB is seeking a Launch Consultant, Senior Associate to drive successful implementations of Navigate360 and related student success technologies. You will coordinate launches from kickoff to go-live, guiding change management and adoption with institutional stakeholders.

The role offers remote opportunities within the continental U.S. (East Coast preferred) and requires 3–5+ years in related fields, with travel up to 30% and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3–5+ years of professional experience.
• Experience in consulting, client success, project management, implementation, higher education, or related field preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication; facilitation experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% domestically and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support implementation activities for Navigate360 and related student success technologies from initiation through go-live.
• Coordinate project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely implementations.
• Maintain launch plans and identify risks, dependencies, or challenges.
• Partner with stakeholders to support workflow design, adoption readiness, and change management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and resolve blockers.
• Contribute to process improvement and development of enablement templates and resources.
