Job summary

Bon Appétit Management Company in Sunnyvale is seeking a Senior Cook for a full-time shift, Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM. Candidates must have two years of supervisory experience and Latin cuisine expertise in a professional kitchen. The position offers $25.00 per hour and benefits.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate and clean equipment after use; perform routine cleaning.
• Store, label and date food items per policy; maintain organized storage.
• Follow HACCP guidelines to ensure quality and safety of food supply.
• Complete required documentation, reports and logs; assist in cross-training of employees.
