Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field; master’s preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive engineering experience.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with quality systems and process improvements.

Responsabilités

• Develop processes and equipment to introduce new products into manufacturing sites.
• Establish efficient production line layouts and lead process improvements.
• Plan production time estimates, staffing, and related costs.
• Ensure safety, quality, and cost-effective results; travel may be required.
• Lead and coach cross-functional teams; deploy expertise across locations.
