Job summary

Integer Holdings seeks a Laser Engineer III to apply advanced engineering principles across diverse assignments, ensuring customer expectations are met or exceeded. You will lead cross‑functional teams and drive new technologies within a regulated manufacturing environment.

Required are a bachelor’s in engineering (master’s preferred) with 5+ years, plus strong problem‑solving skills and familiarity with Six Sigma, RCA, and project management. Travel may be required as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field; 5+ years progressive engineering experience.
• Master's degree is a plus and may be considered with 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Candidates proficient in problem solving and project management methodologies expected.

Responsibilities

• Apply engineering principles across broad assignments to meet/exceed customer expectations.
• Lead cross-functional teams on projects with moderate scope and impact.
• Develop new approaches and technologies to advance Integer's capabilities.
• Contribute to quality systems and regulatory compliance (QMS, FDA).
• Create protocols, reports, specifications, and work instructions.
