Job summary

Resonetics is seeking a laser machining operator for its 3rd shift (Sunday-Thursday, 11:30pm-7:30am). The role focuses on operating a laser work center with minimal instructions, performing visual inspections, and supporting a team environment.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least three years in a manufacturing setting with computer-aided machinery. Training others and maintaining quality standards are key aspects of the role.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent; secondary Costa Rica reference in original text is not required here.
• Minimum three years of experience in a comparable manufacturing environment with computer-aided machinery or similar processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform medium to high complexity tasks related to customer specific process requirements.
• Verify system conditions or equipment status before operation and adjust settings as needed.
• Inspect components to ensure specifications are met and perform visual inspections.
• Enter data and report issues as required.
• Take responsibility for required process documentation.
• Train other employees on production processes or equipment as requested by Supervisor.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Follow Supervisor/Production Manager instructions and Resonetics policies.
• Adhere to safety policies for laser equipment and ensure professional conduct.
