Responsibilities

Shape segment strategy and long-term vision for older customers.
Translate customer and behavioral insights into priorities with clear objectives and measurable outcomes.
Drive end-to-end execution by partnering with Product, Marketing, Operations, Branch, Risk, Finance, Strategy, and Customer Experience to convert strategy into a roadmap.
Lead analytics and research on demographic trends, customer needs, regulatory considerations, and competitive dynamics; translate findings into recommendations and business cases.
Monitor segment performance against KPIs and strategic objectives; identify risks, gaps, and opportunities, and drive course correction.
Develop executive-level communications (readouts, narratives, dashboards) and represent the team in cross-functional forums.
