• Strong knowledge of policies and endorsements.
• Proven ability to work independently in the field.

Responsibilities

• Investigates origin and cause of high exposure property claims.
• Determines liability and negotiates settlements with insureds and claimants.
• Performs on-site inspections and coordinates appraisals.
• Responds to customer inquiries and closes files.
• Mentors less experienced adjusters when needed.
