Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in a quantitative field.
• 5–7 years in employee group benefits or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of medical claims data and funding arrangements.
• Experience presenting insights to clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Participate in client-facing renewal reviews and strategic planning discussions.
• Present claims experience, utilization trends, and financial drivers clearly to clients.
• Serve as analytical resource for questions on claims performance and cost containment.
• Support large employer groups across various funding arrangements (including funded and self-funded).
• Develop and maintain client-facing dashboards and reports using analytics platforms.
