Kapnick Insurance is seeking a Large Group Benefit Analyst to turn complex claims data into insights for large employer clients. You will partner with Client Executives and teams to shape benefit strategies and renewal decisions.

The role emphasizes client-facing collaboration, deep data analysis, and the preparation of renewal materials and cost drivers. A strong foundation in claims data and multiple funding arrangements is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in math, finance, business, economics, or related field.
• 5–7 years in employee group benefits with large-group clients.
• Strong ability to interpret medical claims data and explain insights.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Attend client meetings including renewal reviews and strategic planning.
• Present claims experience, utilization trends, and financial drivers to clients and executives.
• Provide analytical support for questions on claims performance and plan design.
• Support large employer groups across various funding arrangements.
• Develop client-facing dashboards and reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent reporting.
