Job summary

BrightView is seeking a Landscaper III to provide skilled landscape maintenance for industrial, commercial, and public properties. The role operates independently, performing complex tasks, safely handling commercial equipment, and maintaining plant materials and landscape elements.

Responsibilities include leading when the Crew Leader is off-site, coordinating with the Production Manager, and ensuring quality results.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Certified to apply pesticides.
• Certified on level 3 equipment (bed edger, chainsaw, power pole, pruner, leaf vacuum, skid steer).
• Has demonstrated 6 months of accident-free performance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain site details proactively.
• Lead and perform duties when Crew Leader absent.
• Solve problems with Crew Leader and adjust schedules.
• Complete punch list items without supervision.
• Operate and maintain landscaping equipment safely.
• Plant and maintain flower beds and shrubs.
• Identify irrigation issues and repair sprinkler heads.
