Colao & Peter is seeking a Landscape Maintenance Senior Account Manager (Full-time, in person) to grow our high-end grounds maintenance division. You will manage client relationships, lead generation, and contractual sales, while coordinating with production crews to deliver world-class service.

This role emphasizes client retention, quality control, budgeting within projects, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize resource use and profitability.

Qualifications

• 5+ maintenance account management experience (sales & enhancements).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; able to generate proposals.
• Provide excellent customer service with quick response times.
• Meet with clients to resolve issues and provide enhancements.
• Lead marketing initiatives and planning for the Maintenance division.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the high-end grounds maintenance division.
• Lead generation and contractual/enhancement sales.
• Maintain client retention and quality control.
• Coordinate with production team on labor, equipment, and materials.
• Ensure work is within budget, safe, and high quality.
• Assist in billing coordination with office staff.
