Job summary

Steadfast Landscaping is hiring an Experienced Landscape Account Manager to oversee a client portfolio of commercial properties. You will manage crews, monitor safety, and upsell services such as tree trimming, seasonal color, and hardscape projects.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of account management in the green industry and two years of hands-on landscape experience. This is a full-time, on-site role in Land O Lakes, FL with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of account management experience in the landscaping/green industry.
• At least 2 years of landscape experience (mowing, edging, weeding, etc.).
• Strong communication skills are essential.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel and QuickBooks.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule field operations for your portfolio.
• Sell additional services and drive enhancements.
• Proactively communicate with clients, managers and crews.
• Ensure safety practices are followed.
• Define marking budgets and activities yearly/quarterly/monthly.
• Maintain weekly expense reports for the department.
• Track properties’ profit and loss and drive profitability.
