Job summary

United Land Service is seeking an experienced Account Manager to serve as the main contact for the branch, overseeing maintenance contracts and client relations. The role requires proven leadership, budget discipline, and the ability to drive growth in landscape services.

This position involves travel between job sites, maintaining safety standards, and representing the company at industry events to enhance public image and brand awareness.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years’ relevant experience required.
• Valid driver’s license required for travel between sites.
• Landscape/Construction industry experience preferred.
• Bi-lingual communication is a plus.
• Track record managing accounts >$1.5M in annual revenue.
• Leadership of maintenance crews with focus on safety and quality.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Act as main contact for the branch and manage maintenance contracts.
• Develop lasting client relationships and ensure contractual obligations are met.
• Identify opportunities to enhance existing landscapes.
• Represent the company at events to build public image and brand.
• Assist sales in winning new work for the branch.
• Establish and implement quality assurance processes.
• Manage budgets and stay within P&L guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with all codes, laws, and procedures.
