ADP is seeking a Landscape Design & Build Sales Manager in Chantilly, VA to lead sales across the United States. You will drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities, cultivating client relationships, and managing the full sales cycle from inquiry to project completion.

The role collaborates with design and construction teams to meet client expectations, deliver on time and within budget, and expand market presence through strategic planning and leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Landscape Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in landscape design, construction, or a closely related industry.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B or B2C environment.
• Strong knowledge of landscape design and build processes and terminology.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets within the landscape design and build sector.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
• Manage client relationships by understanding their needs, presenting tailored solutions, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with design and construction teams to coordinate project proposals, timelines, and budgets.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
• Track sales metrics and report on performance to senior management regularly.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the sales team to enhance their skills and effectiveness.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to inform sales tactics.
